  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. We generally aim to hand over all orders placed before 5 PM to our shipping partner on the same day. Delivery within Austria takes 2-4 business days , and internationally 5-10 business days . We will send you a tracking number so you can track your order at any time.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

  • Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via our contact form or by email. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancellations after shipment.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and your order number within 7 days. We will find a quick solution, either through replacement or refund. If the package is already damaged upon delivery, please fill out a damage report with the delivery driver immediately.

According to our shipping policy, return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. If the product has been opened, we cannot issue a refund.
